Adding contacts and the Onboarding process for them

Text messaging is much different than email communication. In most cases, simply having their phone number is not enough; to send marketing related material over text you’ll need express written consent to do so. To ensure best delivery results we recommend having your Members opt-in manually to receive messaging from the Club.

1. Text START

  1. Members and Staff will text START to the unique Club number.

  2. The Onboard Form will be delivered via text to their phone. Users will fill out the form with basic contact information, select their desired segments, and opt-in to Age Gated Content (if applicable).

Users are now opted in to receive message from the Club. They can opt out at any time by sending STOP or update their information by sending HELP.

2. You are all set!

You are ready to send your first campaign.
