How to create a Campaign in ClubChat

ClubChat offers two types of text creation: Campaigns and Messages.

Campaigns are the primary feature in ClubChat, offering scheduling options, reply requests, and autoresponders, as well as full analytic reports. Create a Campaign to send texts to large groups of contacts.

Messages are a secondary feature intended for reaching individuals or small groups of people. Send a message to give quick updates or request more information from specific people, such as reservation details.

Campaign vs. Message Features

  1. Click the +New button on the top right side of the navigation bar.

  2. Select New Campaign from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select your Recipients.
    Note: Recipients can be Segmented Lists, individuals, or all contacts.

  4. Craft your Campaign using text, the first-name personalization feature, links, images, emojis, or GIFS.

  5. Turn ON Request-Reply using the toggle switch button to allow recipients to send you a response.
    Note: If you turn on Request-Reply, you can enable the Autoresponse Feature using the toggle switch button.

  6. Choose a send option: Send Test, Send Now, or Schedule.

Send Test
Immediately delivers the message to a phone number of your choice.

Send Now
Immediately delivers your message to all selected contacts.

Schedule
Select a future time and/or date for the automatic delivery of your message.


7. All responses will show up in the Open tab in the Chats section. Follow-up responses and analytics in the Reports section.
