Yes, but only for versions above 5.1.1. Mobile devices that use iOS version 5.1.1 or lower are not compatible with the File Upload feature.

This is due to the fact that file upload fields use the input type file which is not supported on all mobile browsers.

If possible, upgrade your iOS version in order for the File Upload field to work on the online form.
