Create a Support Ticket 📬
1. To create a support ticket, head to the Home page in your Digital Range account.
2. On the left side of the page there is a form with 3 fields: Subject, Details, and Files.
3. Complete the Subject field with a brief overview of the ticket (similar to the subject line of an email).
4. Complete the Details field with as much detail as possible for your ticket, include all information we may need to help you.
5. If needed, in the Files field upload any images, PDF's, or other files that may be needed.
6. To Add Files, simply click "+ Add Files" or drag the files from your desktop to the field. Then click "↑ Start Upload" or submit the ticket for it to force upload the file(s).
7. Once you have completed all the required fields, you can send it in!
Note: You only need press submit once per ticket.
After a few moments the page will refresh with a confirmation that your ticket has been sent, you will also receive an email letting you know that your ticket has been received, once we begin working on it, and once it is completed!
