When should I create a support ticket?

On the home page there is a form to submit a support ticket. 

Support tickets are great for anything that would be a more "advanced" support related inquiry. 

The following things could be considered as advanced support:

  • Website Edits (i.e., changing images or updating information)

  • New email campaign templates

  • New email list segments

  • New email list custom fields

  • Requesting new Digital Range accounts for your business (i.e., for new employees)

When should I use the live chat? 

The green icon on the bottom right side of your screen lets you talk directly to us at Long Drive Agency, where we can answer questions and provide basic support to you.

The following things could be considered as basic support:

  • Questions about how to edit your website

  • Questions about how to use the website editor

  • Questions about how to use the email editor

  • Questions about how to send emails

  • Questions about how to create new email lists

  • Questions about how to create new folders in your files section

  • Questions about how to upload new files in your files section
