Below is the process we require ALL new users to go through to gain access to the Range Email marketing platform. By doing this, we are able to minimize the possibility that email servers may flag your campaigns as spam.

Step 1. You'll receive an email with the subject line:

You’re invited to join our email campaign software

In that email there will be a green button that says: “Accept the invitation”

Click that.

Step 2. Once you click the button, you will be sent to a website that’s going to have you put in a password.

** Please use the same password you use to login to Digital Range.

Step 4. Once you click "Sign up," you'll see the confirmation screen with a button that says "Get started"

Click that.

Please Note: Shortly after you've clicked "Get started" you will receive a confirmation email, delete this email as you will not need it or the information in it.

Step 4. You'll then be redirected to RANGE EMAIL, please log out of this by clicking on the account name on the top right.

Step 5. You now have access to the RANGE EMAIL marketing platform.
