Changes to your website depend on how you go about the changes being made.

If you make the change yourself - as soon as you click "republish" your website will go live with the changes that you have just made.

If you submit a ticket for the changes - we will get to work on the changes ASAP and as soon as we make those changes, we will publish them and it will go live immediately.

Sometimes a webserver can take time to generate these for everyone who is accessing the website. Although the servers we use estimate that it can take up to 72 hours for changes to populate, we tend to see changes immediately. At most, we have seen them take 24 hours, but that is pretty rare.

If you have any concerns about the changes you made not going live, please submit a support ticket or utilize our live chat feature!
