The support ticket system is pretty simple, but we will simplify it even more now...
Step 1
You submit your ticket (following our ticket scope) using the form located on the Home page of your Digital Range account.
Step 2
You receive an email alerting you that your ticket has been received on our end of things.
Step 3
We are notified of your ticket and begin working on it ASAP.
Step 4
Once we begin working on it, you will be emailed letting you know that we have started on it.
Step 5 Part I
We need more information to complete your request and send you an email with what else we need.
Step 5 Part II
You respond to the email that tells you what we need, with the information that we need.
Step 6
We finish working on it and you are sent an email that it is done.
Step 7
You check it out to see if it is done.
Step 8 Part I
It is done and you go back to running the business.
Step 8 Part II
It is not done the way you wanted so you email us back to reopen the ticket and let us know how to proceed.
