Here's a guide for the way we like to see them submitted!
Subject (Email or Ticket)
Use a clear and unique identifier in the Subject line of the email or on that section of the form within Digital Range Range.
Some examples are, Events to Add to Website, New Business Contact Information, Graphics for Facebook Post, New Blog Post, or January Email Newsletter. This allows us to know exactly what needs the ticket is regarding and how much time it will take for completion.
Urgency
If there is a serious problem or something that may be an issue for your business or someone using your website, let us know. Although we can't necessarily move things around because it is a "first come - first serve" system, we will take notice to execute it in a timely matter and reach out ASAP with updates.
Padding Timelines
We are pretty fast, but the process still takes time. Please make sure to have given enough time for some back and forth if needed and to make sure we have enough time to get it done right!
Description of Request
What are you looking to have done? How urgent is it? Who is it going to? Will it be a repetitive email campaign/design? Once we get to know your business and styles, descriptions can be shorter, but for the first month or two, more is better. Give us so much information that it is a novel! It may be a hassle at first, but it lets us get to know you and your business better!
Text/Copy
To keep the process moving, we copy and paste all text you send over. Make sure it is proofed and edited accordingly.
Inspiration and Examples
If you want an email campaign sent and had an example, send it on over with your request! Or a graphic you want to be remade, attach it to the request!
This allows us to see what you are wanting to be done and eliminate the back-and-forth of trying to determine what you are looking for!
Files and Attachments
Upload any images or files that may be needed to complete your request.
We ask for the highest resolution possible on all images or videos.
Colors
If you want specific colors to use in an email campaign for headers or as overlays on images, let us know.
For best results, please send us the color hex code. To find the hex code for a color, we recommend using this website: http://www.color-hex.com/
If you ever have a question about uploading your ticket or need help with something, you can shoot an email to support@digitalrange.com or utilize the live chat feature within Digital Range or here in the help center.
